I figured this place would be decent as soon as I walked in, and yeah, it was. Super clean, chill music, and the staff seemed to have everything moving without making it feel rushed. Nice little place to sit, eat, and actually relax for a minute.

I used Pancheros when I was in the mood for a quick burrito, and the site itself was easy to get through. I found what I needed without much hassle, but as I was looking around, I realized the menu felt a little limited. I like their burritos and bowls, so it worked for what I wanted, but there wasn’t much that made me want to try something totally different.

For a fast, simple order, it gets the job done, and I’d probably use it again when I’m craving the usual. I just wish they had a few more sides, limited-time items, or seasonal options to make it feel a little more interesting now and then...

I use the app rewards often, and I ended up getting a free burrito faster than I thought I would. It’s super easy and there’s not really any hassle, which I like. At the same time, I don’t want to act like I’m obsessed with apps for everything, because sometimes they’re annoying, but this one actually worked out well for me.

Pickup has pretty much always been on time for me, and delivery’s been fine too. I haven’t had any real issues with it, so that part’s been good

I really like that I can pick exactly what I want and make it my own. I’m kind of picky about little things, especially when I’m ordering something after a long day, so it’s nice not having to settle for whatever the default option is.

I had an issue with my online order from Pancheros where one of the items was made wrong, and I was, i was annoyed at first. I reached out through Pancheros expecting it to take forever, but someone got back to me surprisingly fast and handled it without making a big deal out of it. They refunded the item and were really nice about the whole thing. Mistakes happen, so I appreciated how they took care of it. I’d definitely order again.

I got my order and it wasn't no disaster or anything, but it was missing one small topping.

I’m not sure what anyone could complain about here. The portions were big, the food hit the spot, and I left completely full and happy.

I’ve been to pancheros a few times now, and I’ll say the place is usually really clean. The tables were wiped down, the floor wasn’t sticky, and the drink area wasn’t a disaster like it can be at some restaurants. I also noticed the staff keeping up with the counter while making food, which I appreciated. That said, I still have a little mixed feelings overall because nothing really blew me away beyond the cleanliness. It’s definitely a comfortable place to eat, though, and I do like that it feels taken care of.

I stopped by pancheros on my lunch break and honestly... I was in and out way faster than I thought I’d be. The line moved quickly, my order was made just right, and I still had plenty of time to sit down and eat. Always appreciate when a place doesn’t slow down your day. I’ll definitely keep coming back

It was easy to find a seat, even around lunchtime. It’s a nice spot to sit down, relax, and eat.

It worked okay overall, but the pickup definitely lagged more than I expected. Not saying it’s a scam, but I probably would’ve been happier if the timing was a little more reliable...

I like that pancheros makes it easy to build my order the way I want. I avoid dairy, and uh, it’s usually not a big deal to swap things around. I do wish the allergen info was a little clearer though.

I grabbed a burrito today and it was still hot when I finally sat down to eat, the chips were warm too, everything tasted fresh, and I know that sounds simple but that’s really all I’m hoping for when I order food and this totally hit the spot.

This burrito was super fresh and packed really well. The tortilla tasted WAY better than what I get at most places, and nothing was soggy at all. i’d definitely order it again.

Every location I’ve tried tastes exactly the same in the best way. You pretty much can’t go wrong here because they always get it right, and I’ve never been let down.

I’ve stopped by pancheros a few times now , and the staff has been really friendly every single visit . They greet you right away , and they never make it feel like you have to hurry , even when the line is starting to build .
Last time , the person making my burrito was joking around a bit , and it made the stop more fun . The food was good too , but the people working there are a big reason I’ll keep coming back ...

I grab pancheros every now and then, and it’s usually solid. The tortillas taste fresh and the salsa is decent, but for some reason the ingredients don’t always feel consistent.

Some days everything tastes good, and other times the lettuce looks a little worn out or the chicken seems like it’s been sitting awhile. Not a bad spot overall, just a little hit or miss.

I thought the flavors tasted really fresh and good. Maybe it’s just me, but everything seemed really well put together and I actually enjoyed it a lot
